Two new jackets have been introduced by Dri Duck, the Kodiak and Rubicon. Both jackets have similar properties, but each has slightly different features to meet your specific needs.
The similarities include:
The Kodiak is what we are wearing as our Work and Rugged Outdoor Jacket. This rugged jacket takes a beating while keeping us warm and dry in the Pacific Northwest winter rain and wind. The Kodiak is comfortable to work in. It has a slightly loose fit, but not too loose, allowing us to actively move around in different working conditions without feeling restrained. So far, it is plenty warm and keeping us comfortable while blocking the wet winds.
The Rubicon is what we are wearing as the Office and Jeep Weekend Adventure Jacket. Just as tough, the Rubicon is slightly more tailored and includes a few extra features like light-weight 3M Thinsulate insulation, rib-knit storm cuffs, inside cell phone pocket and patch pockets with snap closure that makes this perfect for business and rugged adventures.
Both jackets are available in Saddle Brown and Black. We choose the Saddle for our working jacket and the black for our business and weekend adventure jacket.
For colder, snowy, wet environments this is the jacket you want. For warmer environments, this is the jacket you will want when the temperatures drops or when the cool winds or rain pick up.
